MARCUS FRIEDMAN is Administrative Director of the Consumer Protection Policy Center (CPPC) at the University of San Diego School of Law. He teaches California regulatory law and the public interest via courses and clinics, writes and reviews legislation on behalf of CPPC, and participates in various regulatory agency proceedings. He is also editor and contributor to the California Regulatory Law Reporter. Further, he advocates for gun violence prevention and drafted multiple bills that have become law. He is a graduate of Boston University (BA) and University of San Diego (JD)
